The staff was extremely friendly. the setting was excellent and absolutely perfect.

We needed a place for budget stay, everything was wonderful. Convenient hotel, clean, gentle staff and the beds were very comfy. The room was neat and huge, with free Wi-Fi.

Thoroughly enjoyed the well cleaned room on level 5.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-refurbished rooms that were both clean and pleasant. The staff went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests, bending backwards to help us. The location was excellent, right at the entrance of the famous Gold Souk, and within walking distance of many vegetarian restaurants, various shopping malls, and even the metro. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided us with great assistance throughout our stay.

The room was clean and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, right in the heart of the Gold Souq and close to public transportation. The staff, especially one helpful member, went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel also had a functioning elevator, a big plus. The wifi worked perfectly throughout our stay.

The entrance was a bit confusing as it required going through a restaurant, and it was difficult to get a taxi as they were hesitant to enter the area. Additionally, the rooms were not cleaned daily unless we requested it twice.

Appreciated the place, had a fantastic stay during my nights stay. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, satellite television, climate control and an individual safe. Bidet in the private bathroom was a plus. The staff was very nice all day long. Everything was simply spotless.

Although not LUXURIOUS, the hotel was clean and nice.

The place was newly remodelled and peaceful for budget stay. Its location was central, close to Al Ahmadiya School. A metro station close to the property was really handy. Well furnished room on level 5, everything was wonderful. The employees were gentle and customer-focused.

The lady receptionist at 24 Gold Hotel knows how to serve their customers properly. She always greets us with a smile and is ready to assist whenever we need anything. The location of the hotel is also great, situated just at the entrance of the Gold Souk. The cleanliness of the rooms is satisfactory as well.

This place is conveniently located within walking distance to the shops, including the gold market, and offers spacious brand-new rooms on the fifth floor.

Recently renovated hotel in a favourable position to the various shopping malls etc. New building and reasonably large rooms on level 5. Good facilities.

My stay at 24 Gold Hotel was just great. The rooms were clean and renovated, and the AC worked well. The WiFi was also good. I especially appreciated the helpfulness of Madiha and the boy from the front desk. The location was well situated for me, with restaurants and shopping nearby. It was also easy to get to the Dubai Mall by train. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel.
